Wason Associates Negotiates the Sale of the Best Western in Nashua, NH
Wason Associates Hospitality Real Estate Brokerage Group is pleased to announce the successful transaction of the Best Western Granite Inn located in Nashua, NH to buyer B and C Management Inc. from seller Karen Enterprises Inc. The transfer was finalized in August 2011 with a final selling price of $3.2 million.

Wason Associates Negotiates the Sale of the Howard Johnson Hotel in South Portland
A staple of South Portland and a name known across the country, the Howard Johnson Hotel is now under the ownership of New-Gen Hospitality. The transaction closed on May 27, 2011 between New-Gen Hospitality and Wason Associates who represented the previous owners, Zyracorp Inc., based in Bedford NH, who have owned and operated the hotel for many years.

Joe Cardillo of Wason Associates Closes Two Sales
Wason Associates Hospitality Real Estate Brokerage Group is pleased to announce that Joe Cardillo of Wason Associates successfully negotiated the recent sale of the New London Inn to New London Hospitality Holdings LLC on behalf of the seller, Leroy-Johnson LLC.
