Residential House: Built in 1994, Contemporary style home with 3-bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2-car basement garage. The total gross living area is 2,828 square feet and is one of the nicest owner's homes we have seen with a lodging facility.

Country Inn - Farmhouse: Built in 1901, this is the front building that houses the main office and three rental rooms. The first floor includes a kitchen, waiting area and office room. There are two rental rooms and a 3/4 bathroom on the second level and a third rental room on the third floor.

Carriage House: This structure was converted into three rental rooms in 1960 and includes two rooms on the first level and a third room on the second floor. Each room includes a bathroom.

Cottages: There are two small cottages which were constructed in 1960 each containing 216 SF of living area. The cottages include a 3/4 bathroom.

Motel Building: This structure was built in 1960 and includes 6 rooms with cathedral ceilings. Each unit contains a bathroom (some include a Jacuzzi tub).

Country Collection Suites: Built in 1996 this building includes 4 rental rooms. Each room has cathedral ceilings, gas fireplace and bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.

Village Suites: Built in 2001, this building contains rental units consisting of townhouse suites with loft bedroom and Jacuzzi room. This building also contains a handicap accessible unit and a basement exercise room.

All rooms and units include individual heat controls, air conditioning, telephones, color/cable television, private baths and daily maid service. Additional services include complimentary parking, personal escort to rooms, full business center and a complimentary video library. The Country Garden Inn & Spa is AAA 3 Diamond approved. The grounds (+/- 4 acres) are private and quiet.
