Congratulations to Jenn Libby who has been named General Manager for the Hampton Inn Bath Brunswick! Jenn has been a part of Maine Course Hospitality Group (MCHG) for 10 years, starting as a Front Desk associate at the Comfort Suites and then promoted to supervisor. She became Front Office Manager at the BW Freeport Inn and later came back to the Comfort Suits as General Manager. MCHG currently owns 9 Hilton and Marriott products in Maine and New Hampshire.
Our friends at the former Holiday Inn in Ellsworth, Maine have asked us to pass their furnishings sale along to you. Due to a brand change, all 102 rooms (minus carpeting and heating unit) along with some lobby furniture, spare linens and blankets and working vacs are for sale. The owner of the Duprey Companies, Steve Duprey, has commissioned Waterford Hotel Group to administer management services for their 92-suite Residence Inn by Marriott. The property, located in Concord, New Hampshire, is scheduled to open in 2010 and is the latest design of Marriott’s extended stay product (featuring spacious suites with separate living and sleeping quarters and fully equipped kitchens).
